As a leadership team we will stand at your side, supporting you every step of the way As a service there is a real sense of child focus practice every one working together to safeguard children and young people promoting the right service at the right time here within West Sussex – Service Manager As the first point of contact with children and families, our social workers can influence their entire journeys. As a fast moving service everyone has a voice in relation to the development of the service and how everyone can make a difference to delivering the best outcomes for children and families. Here at MASH we continue to develop practice and build strong relationships with a wide range of partner agencies, including police, health and housing professionals, who are co-located and working together to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people. About the Role It goes without saying that you will play an essential part in delivery of service, you will play an essential part in children’s and young people’s journey here at West Sussex. You will make sure that children and young people right across West Sussex are safeguarded and protected – promoting positive outcomes for their long term needs and journey in life. You will need to share our dedication and commitment to improving Children and Young People’s lives and have the ability to make appropriate decisions with a clear analytical rational in a timely manner. We will ensure that you have support and guidance you need to deliver.
