Here at MASH we continue to develop practice and build strong relationships with a wide range of partner agencies, including police, health and housing professionals, who are co-located and working together to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people. About the Role It goes without saying that you will play an essential part in delivery of service, you will play an essential part in children’s and young people’s journey here at West Sussex. You will make sure that children and young people right across West Sussex are safeguarded and protected – promoting positive outcomes for their long term needs and journey in life. You will need to share our dedication and commitment to improving Children and Young People’s lives and have the ability to make appropriate decisions with a clear analytical rational in a timely manner. We will ensure that you have support and guidance you need to deliver.
