Client Engagement Worker

Permanent

Salary: £22,233 per annum £1,426 per annum Anti-Social Hours Enhancement

37 hours per week (average over a 6 week rolling rota, including evenings (until 10.30pm), weekends and daytime hours)

Based in Brighton

4% employer pension contribution (reviewed annually)

Annual leave entitlement starts at 25 working days per annum

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of:

·           Developing feedback, consultation and evaluation frameworks

·           Working with people with mental health and complex needs

·           Designing and delivering 1:1 and group workshops

·           Person-centered and strengths-based approaches.

·           Casework management
