Coastal West Sussex Mind is a local mental health charity committed to promoting mental wellbeing in local communities and supporting people along their recovery journey.  We are looking for a Recovery and Wellbeing worker (grade 2)  to work in our Littlehampton Recovery & Well-being service. 

Successful applicants will provide recovery focused learning opportunities, offer support to individuals and groups and will enable further development within peer support provisions. 

As well as having some experience of working with people with mental health problems, post-holders will need to demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for recovery focused mental health work and show that they can be a strong team player with real commitment to their work.  They will also need to have initiative and be able to contribute to the direction and development of the service.
