With you, with the child…Every step of the way

WSCC is committed to recruiting more foster carers for our children looked after and therefore the fostering recruitment team is expanding. This is an exciting and dynamic time to join our service as part of an investment project committed to achieving best matching for our children.

The fostering recruitment team is a small established and experienced team who has strong senior leadership supporting our work.

In order to respond to the needs of our children looked after population we need creative, proactive and reflective social work practitioners who have excellent assessment and analytical skills. If you have experience of writing Form F Fostering assessments, Adoption or Special Guardianship Order assessments this would be an advantage, however if you have the ability to write clear, concise, analytical and evidence-based assessments in a timely manner then we would like to hear from you.
