£31,746 - £35,594 including holiday pay, pro rata

To manage all staff therapists, supervisors and placement therapists.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to maintain professional boundaries and use personal initiative, as well as being an excellent team member.

Excellent communication and time-management skills.

A good understanding of counselling and psychotherapy practices.

A good knowledge of how school settings work and support vulnerable students.

A good understanding of social care services, Think Family and other local government systems that support vulnerable children and families.

To be responsible for and have a good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures in educational and other settings.

To be able to thrive when working under pressure and contain a high-pressure workload.

To allocate Young Carer and sessional work to therapists appropriately, efficiently and within a set time scale.

Ability to enthuse and motivate staff to work to the highest possible standards.

To be able to carry out admin tasks to the highest standard and ability to use Google Drive.

This position will be line managed by the Your Space Therapies Directors.
