About the Role

Housing Support Worker

Based in Eastbourne

Eastbourne & Wealden YMCA are looking to recruit a Housing Support Worker to work in our Residential Housing Project in Eastbourne.

You will be supporting service users, through key-working and day to day support, in working towards independence, developing their life skills, moving into EET etc.

The successful candidate will have substantial demonstrable experience in working within a Supported Housing Project or related field and understand the needs of vulnerable young people aged between 16 and 25. You would need to be able to prioritise a busy workload, be able to act on your own initiative & enforce strong boundaries. You will receive regular supervision, training & support as a key member of our Eastbourne & Wealden Housing team.

Additional Information
