The role of the Homeless Prevention Data Coordinator will be to work in collaboration with a range of council teams and funded services, taking the lead on gathering and collating data. Working in collaboration with a range of internal and external services, the post holder will lead on gathering data from services working to deliver new way of preventing homelessness and learn about the effectiveness of various interventions. The post holder will work as part of the Housing team, having responsibility for ensuring the data is accurate and have the ability to present it in a way that can be used in business planning.
This role is Fixed Term Contract for 2 years.
