Qualified Social Worker - Main Grade - Adult Safeguarding

Based at the Kestrel Centre, this role involves assessing the needs of vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities and their Carers, to then identify creative ways to meet their assessed outcomes. The team is committed to pursuing the personalisation agenda, in order to promote independence, inclusion, choice and rights of service users and their Carers.

You will review packages of care with a view to deliver positive outcomes and best value and will complete Continuing Healthcare and Mental Capacity assessments. You will work independently and be responsible for managing your own caseload as well as supporting crisis management as required.

With a qualification in social work as well as being HCPC registered you will have experience of working with adults with learning disabilities as well as experience of working within the sphere of Safeguarding Adults.
