Japanese Tutor Fixed term

Aspire Sussex Ltd plans, promotes and delivers vibrant adult education across Sussex, enabling people to achieve their aspirations. We are looking for additional Japanese tutors in Horsham to join our Community Learning Faculty team to deliver sessional courses to adults (19 years plus), from September 2017. We do not have any immediate vacancies, however we welcoming speculative applications for future programmes within a variety of locations across West Sussex, for both daytime and evening courses. Applicants should have a Level 3 or higher teaching qualification along with a Level 4 subject specific qualification. They should also be able to adapt teaching and learning strategies and select resources as appropriate in order to meet student needs. In addition applicants will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to lead, develop and motivate adult students to achieve their learning goals. Excellent record keeping skills and the ability to demonstrate relevant ICT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail and Internet will also be needed.
