This post recruits, trains, manages and supports volunteers working in a range of roles and settings with young people.

West Sussex Young Peoples Service wishes to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic person into the post of Volunteer Coordinator. The post is a county wide position responsible for the recruitment, training, support and management of adult volunteers performing a range of tasks with young people.

The post is based within the Restorative Justice team within the West Sussex Youth Offending Service. Applicants need to have an interest in and experience of supporting both young people and volunteers. They need to be able to work flexibly including weekend working and travel within the county.
