Project and Production Co-ordinator

We are a company with over 20 years' experience in marketing services and offer a fast and cost effective service for direct mail, hand finishing, fulfilment and pick and pack. We are currently looking for a Project and Production Co-ordinator to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from the initial phase to production phase
• Liaise with business customers
• Clean & validate customers' databases in preparation for marketing activities
• Prepare templates and print personalised materials
• Oversee production quality standards and co-ordinate production schedules
• Prepare quotes, job bags and invoices
• Liaise with printers and other suppliers on a regular basis

The candidate:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• An ability to multi-task with good organisational skills to meet deadlines
• Good administration skills
• Experience of the mailing house or similar industry is desirable but not essential
