About the Role
YMCA DownsLink Group provides services to vulnerable children, young people & adults across Sussex and into Surrey, our offer includes supported accommodation, counselling in schools and community settings, advice work, childcare, EET programmes and specialist projects such as WiSE (What is Sexual Exploitation).
This is a new post to support our staff to manage the growing complexity of our service users, and to better support the management of safeguarding activity and multi-agency interventions around earliest help and management of risk.
This post will drive forward YMCA DLG’s safeguarding action plan and work closely with the Leadership Team to ensure best practice in terms of training, policy and processes.

Additional Information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
