Working as the Joint Domestic Abuse & Sexual Abuse Partnership Officer, you will operate across the Brighton & Hove Partnership Community Safety Team (PCST) and the Safer East Sussex Team (SEST). Your work will be varied and you will play a lead role in the development and implementation of plans and strategies to respond to Domestic Abuse & Violence, Sexual Abuse & Violence and Violence against Women and Girls across Brighton & Hove and East Sussex The successful applicant’s responsibilities will include: • Developing good working relationships with Statutory and Voluntary & Community Sector partners • Undertaking research and developing and presenting briefings and reports, including any associated recommendations, to strategic and operational partners • Undertaking and managing project work to deliver priorities.

Job Details

Hours of work: 30 hours per week (4 days a week, salary pro rata)

Paid weeks per year: 52 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

Place of work: The post holder will be co-located, spending the equivalent of two days a week in Brighton & Hove (with the PCST) and two days a week in Eastbourne (with the SEST), subject to operational requirements and agreement between the post holder and their manager.
