Working with a Chichester based accountancy firm looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Manager to join their team in an position with route to partnership. If you feel you have reached the top in your current firm and partnership is not achievable for you, then this is the perfect opportunity.

The firm are going through growth and have a vacancy for an ambitious and dynamic partner to join the team in a role that will prepare you for the step to Partner within the next 2-3 years, depending on experience.

The office is short walk for Chichester train station and easily accessible from the surrounding areas, including Worthing, Arundel, Portsmouth and Bognor Regis.

What are we looking for?

• Must be qualified ACA or ACCA
• 5+ years PQE
• Proven experience working within an accountancy practice
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Strong team player
• Highly ambitious character, looking for the next step in your career
• Strong general practice knowledge including accounts, tax and audit
• Solid technical understanding
• Good business development, networking and onboarding experience
• Comfortable managing a large client portfolio and a team of staff
• Looking for a long term career opportunity at a growing practice
