Reception/HR Admin - TEMP TO PERM TO START 27TH NOVEMBER
Woking
£10-13ph plus 35 hour working week, Private healthcare, Pension, 25 days holiday and Parking

The successful Administrator will be involved in delivering and maintaining the flow of all office procedures and will support the Office & HR Manager in carrying out and managing common office duties. You will need to be a resilient individual who enjoys multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment. You will be self-motivated and thrive on the pressure of a varied and demanding role that can deliver the unexpected on a daily basis. The role will suit a competent individual who is flexible, diligent and able to work under their own initiative and with the minimum of direct supervision.
You will need to be approachable and friendly with excellent written and spoken communication skills particularly when speaking on the telephone. You will also need to be self-motivated, highly organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks.

Essential Requirements:
·At least 2 years' experience in an administration role
·Excellent telephone manner
·Experience of using the Microsoft Office suite
·Experienced typist
·Strong attention to detail
·Good time management skills
·Ability to prioritise workload
·Ability to handle confidential information
·Ability to multitask
·Experience of ISO9001 would be advantageous but not essential

·General office administration
·Answering the telephone
·Meeting and greeting visitors and providing refreshments
·Managing incoming and outgoing post
·Placing orders for office supplies and stationery
·Booking staff travel and accommodation
·Overseas staff travel expenses and reconciliation
·Ensuring client contacts are up-to-date
·Keeping the office organised and tidy
·Organising staff social events
·Electronic filing of company information
·Arranging external company and client meetings
·Providing administration support for the Office & HR Manager
·Assisting the HR Administrator in our UK recruitment practices i.e. CV management, recruitment tests
·Assisting the HR department with our Indian recruitment practices
