The Department of Creative & Digital Technologies is dynamic and entrepreneurial, with an excellent record in the National Student Survey. As an early career senior lecturer in the Department of Creative & Digital Technologies your role will be to contribute to three key activities of the team, teaching, research and income generation.

The BA (Hons) Sports Media is a distinct degree in the Higher Education sector. It is an exciting programme where students learn about the relationships between sport and media; reflect on the significance of sport in society; consider sport-business relations; explore communication and the way mediated sport is shared with audiences; and experience hands-on sports media production that will provide them with a range of relevant skill sets they can draw on in the world of work.

You will have a good relevant undergraduate degree and be able to demonstrate exceptional teaching methods and presentation skills. You will have excellent knowledge of post production (Avid experience helpful), have experience of live event filming (single and multicamera) and be able to produce work using green screen and compositing techniques.
