The estate's sporting pedigree is second to none and also includes a busy Aerodrome and Flying School.

We are looking for a Press and Public Relations Manager, to be responsible for the overall PR for motorsport. Working closely with the Events Head of Marketing you will bring passion and enthusiasm to create and proactively implement Press and PR strategies that deliver sustainable brand development and sales growth at Goodwood, in line with the Group's vision, mission, strategies and core values, encompassing relationships with key stakeholders and partners as well as "hands-on" functionality.

To be successful, you will have a proven track record of managing public relations along with the ability to demonstrate success in delivering PR strategies. You will be an expert in the motor industry and have an interest in motorsport. Your background will ideally be in the luxury goods, sport, leisure or lifestyle sectors and you will have a proven track record for driving effective marketing plans. You will have experience of building close relationships with partner companies and activating a brand in a competitive market. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate high level commercial thinking and behaviours together with being a strong team player.
