An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Systems Support Team for a User Support / Data Quality Analyst based in County Hall Chichester.

The System Support Team is made up of 5 Teams;
User Support Team
Configuration Team
Reports Team
Testing Team
Data Quality and Cleansing Team

As a whole we look after the end to end process of implementing and updating the key corporate IT systems including end user support.

Working across the User Support Team and the Data Quality and Cleansing Team. The role is responsible for user support and scheduled data quality activities to support the improvement and maintenance of data quality. You will build strong relationships with users and other relevant stakeholders to meet business needs.

Providing system support to the key corporate IT systems within the Adults, Children’s directorates, to staff the User Support desk and provide the main technical expertise, responding promptly to telephone or face to face requests for assistance with problems concerning IT systems.
