31.25 hours per week / term time only

Mill Chase Academy needs two Teaching Assistants to support teachers across the school to start in June 2019.

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, calm and who have a genuine interest in working with students who have a variety of additional needs. It is expected you would work closely with teaching and non-teaching staff and provide support across a range of different curriculum subjects. Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work flexibly and independently are important qualities for the role.

Applicants should be able to communicate well verbally and have a good standard of numeracy and literacy (GCSE grade A - C or equivalent).

If you are a graduate considering a career in teaching this could be an ideal stepping stone.

A visit to the school before the interview date would be most welcome.
