An accountancy practice based in Hove, East Sussex, are looking for a qualified Manager to join their growing team. The firm has a strong reputation and have been through significant growth over the past 12 months.

This position would suit someone with strong reviewing, training and managerial skills, you need to hit the ground running. A competent Assistant Manager ready for that step up could be a good fit.

About you:

• ACCA/ACA/ qualified
• Minimum of 2 years PQE
• 5+ years experience within Practice
• Excellent communication and relationship skills, client relationships are key
• Ability to plan and self-manage workload
• Experience managing a team of staff
• Confident reviewing accounts and delegating
• Accustomed to reporting directly to Partners/Directors
• Skilled in preparing financial statements
• Strong technical knowledge
