An accountancy practice based in Hove, East Sussex, are looking for an experienced accountant to join their growing team. The firm has a good reputation and having merged with a top 50 firm in the past few months, there is exciting change ahead!

With the plan being to grow and expand this firm, joining now means you're going to be part of this expansion and an integral member of the existing team. Being the South Coast hub of a big firm is going to spell a lot of positive change for this firm over the next 18 months...

About you:

• Likely AAT qualified although this isn't essential
• Minimum of 2 years practice experience
• Confident preparing accounts, bookkeeping and preparing personal tax returns
• Excellent communication and relationship skills, strong client relationships are absolutely essential to this firm
• Ability to plan and self-manage workload
• Happy working autonomously as well as in a team
• Accustomed to reporting directly to Partners/Directors
• An interest in the music/entertainment industry is desirable
• Strong technical knowledge
