- Apply advanced targeting techniques, including audience segmentation and remarketing.
- Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and maximise ROI.
- Analyse performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and creative teams for channel synergy.
- Support marketing teams with PPC best practice and training.
- Assist with campaign delivery during major Goodwood events (flexibility required during peak periods).
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, and bid optimisation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Google Ads certification or equivalent.
- Experience with paid social advertising and remarketing strategies.
- Familiarity with attribution models and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they complement PPC activity.
- Advanced Excel or data visualisation skills.
Desirable Attributes
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to influence and guide at various levels.
- A sense of fun and passion for what you do!
