Working closely with both the Butler and Kitchen teams, you’ll be at the centre of operations - coordinating people, processes and information to ensure every event runs smoothly.

  • Planning and coordinating staffing for House events, ensuring accurate forecasting in line with budgets
  • Managing time and attendance systems, lieu time trackers, and supporting payroll processes for casual staff
  • Monitoring labour costs against revenue, reporting insights and identifying any variances
  • Owning purchase order processes, including raising and approving invoices across front and back of house
  • Supporting financial administration, including food and beverage reporting and invoice tracking
  • Maintaining the House events calendar to ensure clear visibility and avoid scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinating event updates with planners and communicating key details to operational teams
  • Supporting compliance across employment practices, health & safety, and food hygiene standards

What you’ll have

  • Prior experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A good understanding of financial and administrative processes
  • Experience within food and beverage or events (desirable)

What you’ll bring

  • A positive, proactive approach with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Confidence working across teams and building effective relationships
  • The ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completion
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine sense of pride in your work

What you’ll get

  • Free event tickets
  • Group Performance Share scheme
  • Health cash plan
  • Access to a range of exclusive discounts and experiences
  • A unique working environment at the heart of Goodwood House

At Goodwood, we celebrate individuality and are committed to creating extraordinary experiences. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy bringing plans to life behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
