As our Property Executive, you will make a big difference in the management & coordination service for our residential and commercial lettings across the Goodwood portfolio. There is a strong focus on building revenue and looking for new opportunities to keep our portfolio in the best possible condition, to help us achieve maximum revenue returns

We have a diverse residential portfolio across 11,000 acres of beautiful countryside, with properties located within the Goodwood Estate and surrounding villages.
  
You'll be exceptionally organised, assisting in all property related functions, such as preparing tenancy agreements, obtaining Energy Performance Certificates and running credit and referencing checks for prospective tenants.  Strong administrative and computer skills are a must.

This rewarding role will provide the opportunity for you to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as you collaborate with key stakeholders as part of our  small but mighty property team.

You'll be completing annual property inspections, helping arrange reactive and planned repairs, together with working closely with our Accounts team on the review and recovery of aged debts. 

The estate sits at the heart of what we deliver and is a critical link between Goodwood as a physical and emotional experience and therefore the backdrop to our other successful operations and events.

• Good understanding of the legislation and best practice guidance associated with the letting and management of residential property
• High touch customer service with communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing a lettings/residential portfolio
• Property mark Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and property management
• Excellent computer skills, particularly Word, Excel and databases
