I am a dedicated, intelligent sales person and have spent my working career in sales and recruitment in the South. I have become extremely knowledgeable in many areas of recruitment in the South as well as developing a strong ability to develop business and close sales. Having held several branch manager positions in the South I am also experienced in staff management. I am keen to embrace a new challenge in recruitment in the South. I am excellent with computers and find I adapt quickly to any package presented to me.

My main responsibilities in this challenging position include establishing relationships with the South businesses, as well as companies further afield, maintaining an excellent working knowledge of jobs in the South and recruitment in the South and ensuring the smooth running of my branch through effective management of the team. Our key focus is the South recruitment which I believe that I have helped by making sure that I attend local networking events and conferences. I have been able to significantly improve our the South business as well as business as a whole. My best achievement has been to create a relationship with The District Council / County Council. We were able to fill these public sector jobs very effectively.
2000 – 2006

During my time here we specialised in temporary recruitment in the South. I was responsible for a team of 7 making sure they remained motivated and effective. I put in place achievable targets and a reward scheme to improve staff morale. I also established good relationships with the South companies in order to assist with their temporary recruitment in the South.
